I challenge you to ask yourself, "When is the first time I can recall feeling this way in my life?"

Chances are, there's a connection between that particular point in your life and where you are now.

Sometimes our subconscious mind holds on to pain from the past that keeps us from moving forward in the future.

By taking an honest account and looking at where we are and showing up to do that inner work, we can move past those self-limiting beliefs and self-imposed limitations.

I want to focus on you emphasizing feelings of lack of self-belief and meet you exactly where you are.

If we can shift to focus on breaking things down into manageable chunks, I think it might help you see that this is actually possible for you.

A lot of folks will tend to look at the big vision when it comes time to execute, but I think this process of getting clear on what you want broken down into easy baby steps are actually quantum leaps in disguise.

I just want to remind you that it is possible for you to achieve anything you put your mind to if you put in the work and show up consistently every day.

That might even be something as simple as committing to 15 to 30 minutes a day for your business and showing up for yourself in this way.

By breaking it up into those easily manageable chunks, it feels less overwhelming and daunting and more possible for you.

When you didn't feel like you could get started on a big project before but then you actually finished it, how did that make you feel?

I want to emphasize that you are taking no action and shift focus to gently calling you out.

I challenge you to question that voice and ask yourself:

Who is it that is feeling this way, and why are these ideas of imposter syndrome coming up?

Perhaps you were told that you weren't good enough in some way in your life in the past and now it's rearing its ugly head in the present moment.

Can you separate those mental phantoms from reality?
